Wheat and Beet Days

This is my birth mom, brother, sister and niece.

Avrie and Bree enjoying some cotton candy!

COUNTING CROWS!

The MAIN reason for going down to Vegas.
Tyler and I love the Crows and they played at an
amazing place and sounded awesome.

Adam singing with Augustana. They sounded great too.

VEGAS!!!

We went down to Vegas for the weekend.
Ash, Cort and Hay came with us. We had a great time.

Avrie is not scared of anything. I would have thought
she would have started crying, like the little boy
before her did but she liked him.
She kept pointing at him saying dog.

She loves the lamb we got her at Build-A-Bear.

Sleeping in the hammock

We were swimming and Avrie got tired so
I put her in the hammock and she fell asleep!

Lava Hot Springs

We spent the day up at Lava Hot Springs.

Avrie going down the little slide.

Aunt Ash going down the BIG water slides!

Grandma Suzy going down the BIG water slides!
Tyler going down the BIG water slides!

Random

Avrie finally started to cut teeth, she loves her

teething ring after its been frozen. She did great.
She cut them 2 days after her birthday and got her shots.
Her stats at 1 year are 17 lbs (3rd%) and 26 inches (5th%).

She LOVES to mow the lawn with Dad. She usually doesn't
fall asleep but this day she was pretty tired.

Birthday party at Grandpa and Grandma Jones'

Tyler' Dad and Annette had a birthday party
for Avrie on June 14. We had great food, played crochet,
hung out in the backyard. It was a lot of fun.
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Jones for doing that.

Finally we got a good picture of all of the cousins.
What a bunch of beautiful and handsome kiddos!

Avrie's 1st B-day

Avrie turned 1 on June 13 and I am just
now blogging about it.

This is her the morning of her BIG
day she was so happy and excited.
A family photo before she got distracted with
family and friends and before cake.

The next few pictures are of her opening presents.

Tyler made a video for her 1st year and this is everyone
watching it, he did such a great job.

I made her birthday cake with the help of a friend.
It was way fun to make and I think it turned out
pretty darn cute. She loved it and thats
all that matters right.

She enjoyed her cake!

The next day Grandpa came over and gave her a present. He gave her a hundred dollars for every month she has been alive and is going to start a savings account for her. She loves her Grandpa very much and he obviously loves her too. Thanks Grandpa.

Happy Birthday Avrie! We love you very much and are so thankful to have you in our lives. You are truly an ANGEL! We can't imagine our lives without you in it. Even though you are only 1 you have already done so much and brought so much happiness to everyone. We are sad that you have grown up so fast but are so excited to see what the future has in store for you. We love you very much! Mom and Dad!
